his system is operated by Nakajima Laboratory and Cho Laboratory in Tokai University.
It is located in the following two sites. All the observation equipment is approved by Japan Meteorological Agency.
- Shibuya, Tokyo [Tokyo campus (Shibuya), Tokai University]
- Iriomote Island, Okinawa [Okinawa Regional Research Center (ORRC), Tokai University]
TMOS system measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and precipitation. The further meteorological condition will be obtained by analyzing TMOS data with our TACPAS pictures taken simultaneously.

Every 2 sec output: T, HM, WS, WD
Every 5 min output: T, HM
Every 10 min output: WS, WD, PR
Every 24 hr output: T, HM, WS (Max & Min and their time), WD (at the time of max WS)T : Temperature (Celsius degrees)
